Based on her book, Redefining Career Empowerment for the Future of Work, Dr. Muñoz presents a practical framework that combines coaching, mentoring, sponsorship, and peer support to help students navigate uncertainty, build confidence, and design values‑aligned, sustainable careers. Participants leave with real tools for change management, resilience, and career planning.

Brandi R. Muñoz, EdD, PCC, SPHR — ICF‑Certified PCC executive coach, facilitator, and conflict‑resolution expert with a doctorate in Organizational Leadership and 15+ years in leadership coaching, talent development, and HR strategy. She helps professionals at all levels define success, strengthen leadership, and foster inclusive, collaborative cultures.
